Organic Bakery
In the bakery we pride ourselves in making the finest breads from completely organic ingredients; most of our bread is Soil Association certified. We try to cater to those with special dietary needs as far as is possible and produce a range of gluten-free, dairy-free and sugar-free options such as bread, scones, cakes and many others. All our bread is handmade from tried and tested recipes but that does not stop us from trying new things everyday! Our bread is available to anyone, from the mother of four who wants a healthy alternative, to those in the trade who wish to sell our breads in restaurants or farmers markets. We are also happy to fulfil any special requests customers may have, be it a particular diet, or a cake for that special someone. All our breads are produced fresh daily and if you come in early enough you just might leave with a loaf still warm from baking!
Festivals like Christmas and Easter give us the challenge to make beautiful specialities but everyday we try to make something special as well.
The bakery is the daily workplace for two people with special needs and two or three co-workers. Between those bakers, training of new co-workers takes place in the bakery itself.
