We are looking for a Care Supervisor who will work in a residential care setting, working alongside volunteer co-workers, employees and volunteers to help adults with learning disabilities live as independently as possible and support the household.
No two days are the same in Camphill Holywood and the Care supervisor will part of a friendly, hardworking Camphill community that promotes opportunities for all.
The care supervisor will be responsible for supervising our community houses where adults with learning disabilities live (currently four persons) alongside volunteer co-workers.

Camphill Holywood’s Mission:
- To contribute to the creation of opportunities for people with moderate to mild learning disabilities, low care needs and unimpaired mobility, within the overall development of the Camphill Communities of Northern Ireland and throughout the UK and further afield.
- To provide a supportive environment which will facilitate the attainment of a level of independence appropriate to each individual and within which they can work and socialise without fear or undue risk.
- To provide work for, and with, volunteers and people with disabilities in a commercial setting.
